We license our software to several online gaming Operators worldwide. We do not operate, manage or own, either directly or indirectly, either partially or fully, any gaming operation. All financial transactions are fully managed by the Operators. We do not manage and do not have access to, either directly or indirectly, any of the Operator’s assets or bank accounts. We are a software provider for online gaming Operators and not an online gaming Operator. We have a strict vetting process when licensing our software to potential licensees. Our licensees are required by law to abide by industry standards, which include, but are not limited to, providing quality services to End Users and all Stakeholders at all times. We have the right to revoke our Software license provided in the case of severe misconduct by the Operator. We are not a party in any of the contractual relationships between the Operator and the End User or between the Operator and its stakeholders. TOPGAME does not take responsibility and is not liable for any disputes that may arise between the Operator and the End User or between the Operator and its stakeholders. We do not take responsibility and are not liable for the failure of the Operator to fulfil its contractual obligations with its End Users or its stakeholders as we are not a party in these contractual relationships.
